1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Diima (dii.ma), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Diima. You agree to use the service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

Dii.ma offers a 14-day free trial to all new users, allowing them to explore and try the platform's services before making a final decision on their purchase.

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you create or share on Diima. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

dii.ma will not be held responsible if the user use it in any illegal or prohibited content including, but not limited to, any materials encouraging scam, violence, criminal behaviour, and sexual acts or promoting terrorism, black hacking, porn, eurotic and fraudulent acts.

Illegal or prohibited content is considered a violation of dii.ma's terms and may result in account suspension if reported.

dii.ma have no control over and assume no responsibility for Privacy Policy and terms of use on other websites/platforms that are included as plugins or blocks on our platform. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy and terms of every site you visit.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on Diima, including logos, text, and graphics, are the property of Diima or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

dii.ma is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

dii.ma may suspend or terminate your access to Diima at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

In the event of a violation of the platform's rules, dii.ma reserves the right to suspend users' accounts, either temporarily or permanently, regardless of whether they are on a paid or free plan.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

dii.ma reserves the right to delete URL aliases obtained through the free plan at any time.
