1. Definitions
1.1) Any reference to “our,” “us,” “we,” “Diima,” “dii.ma,” or “platform” refers to the website https://dii.ma.
1.2) Any reference to “its,” “service,” “services,” “product,” or “products” refers to the tools, services, and products used through the platform https://dii.ma.
1.3) Any reference to “you,” “your,” “buyer,” “purchaser,” “user,” or “subscriber” refers to any individual or entity using the services, products, or tools provided by https://dii.ma.
2. Use of the Service
The user must be at least 18 years old to use dii.ma. The user agrees to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Accounts
The user may need to create an account to access certain features. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
Dii.ma offers a 14-day free trial to all new users, allowing them to explore and test the platform's services before making a purchase decision.
4. Disclaimer on Link Retention and Account Guarantees
4.1) Dii.ma does not guarantee the recovery of shortened URLs or other links generated by users on free accounts. Any links created under a free plan may be deleted at any time without notice.
4.2) Dii.ma makes no commitment to retain or preserve data, content, or links created under free accounts. Users on free plans are solely responsible for backing up their data.
4.3) Accounts classified as “Limited Access” are not guaranteed to remain active beyond 14 days. Diima does not guarantee the retrieval of any data, links, or content lost following the suspension or deletion of such accounts.
4.4) Any Premium or Limited Access plans provided free of charge are considered equivalent to free plans and do not include any service guarantees.
5. Free Plan
Diima does not provide support to users on the free plan.
Diima does not guarantee account durability, support, or retrieval of URL shortlinks for users on the free plan.
Diima reserves the right to delete any URL aliases created under the free plan at any time, without notice.
6. Content Responsibility and termination
The user is solely responsible for any content they create or share on dii.ma. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
The user must not use dii.ma to create, share, or distribute illegal or prohibited content, including but not limited to:
- Scam-related content
- Violent or criminal behavior
- Sexual or erotic material (including pornography)
- Terrorist content or promotion
- Hacking (including black hat practices)
- Fraudulent activities
Violation of this section may result in account suspension or termination, even without prior notice.
6.1) Dii.ma is not responsible for any abusive, violent, racist, terrorist, provocative, or fraudulent content generated or shared publicly on the platform by users. If somebody encounters content hosted on a dii.ma link that they believe violates these terms, please report it to contact@dii.ma.
6.2) Reported content will be reviewed by our automated moderation systems and may be suspended following a detailed review.
6.3) Any content that is determined to be illegal or in violation of Diima’s content guidelines may be removed without prior notice and will not be recoverable.
6.4) Accounts found to be in serious violation of these Terms may be suspended without warning.
6.5) In the event of an account suspension, the resolution process may take between 15 days and up to 2 months from the date of suspension, depending on the severity of the case.
6.6) Dii.ma may suspend or terminate the user's access to the platform at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice, particularly if the user violates these Terms or engages in harmful behavior toward other users.
6.7) Violations of the platform's rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of accounts, regardless of subscription status (free or paid).
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on Diima—including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and design—are the property of Diima or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dii.ma shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the user's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business.

10. Updates to the Terms and License Agreement
Dii.ma has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the privacy policies or terms of use of third-party websites/platforms that may be integrated via plugins or blocks on our platform. We strongly recommend that you review the policies of every external site you visit.
We reserve the right to update or modify this License Agreement and our Terms of Use at any time, based on operational, legal, or strategic requirements. Any changes will be published at the following URL: https://dii.ma/page/terms.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates. By continuing to use the Diima platform after the revised Terms have been posted, you agree to be bound by the updated version. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must immediately stop using all products and services offered by Diima.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Diima, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
